Well.. I did notice that favorite, but the favorite was made 20 minutes after
submission, which is within the "submitted 40minutes ago". So I
suspected that the page froze up after 40minutes.
Well, I'll try reuploading the wallpaper once more and we'll see what happens
then.
Maybe I'm just being paranoid about the whole thing.
Hey.. let's see if anyone have any suggestions to this problem
Okay, here's the deal:
I tried to submit a wallpaper a few days ago, it all went well uploading the
wallpaper. But after a few hours, when I logged online again I noticed that the
wallpaper page (the page for the submitted wallpaper) has kind of frozen. It
says like "submitted 40minutes ago", when it really have gone a few
hours. The worst part is that I can't receive any comments nor favorites on the
wp. At least it doesn't show anything on my screen.
I've even checked MT from another computer to see if it was only my computer
lagging or something, but it says the same. I tried reupload it, but the
freezing still occured.. should I try uploading it for the third time?
Quote by Lord_SatoriousYou're
trying to make a 5:2 aspect ratio wallpaper fit a 4:3 aspect
ratio desktop. You can resample the whole thing and let it appear a bit
squashed, or you can crop the wallpaper to 1280x960 (also 4:3), and
then simply resize smaller.
but the funny thing is that it used to work before. All i had to do was to set
the picture as a desktop wallpaper and it automatically changed the size to make
it fit. The picture maybe got squashed a bit , but the picture's quality didn't
get anyworse or angular.
Does this have something to do with a preference in the graphic card
maybe?
I know that I can resize the wallpapers with a picture program, but it would be
so much more comfortable if I don't have to do that with every single oversized
wallpaper
Can somebody help me fix this..
I use 1024x768 as preference on my desktop and I used to have no problem with
using 1280x1024 pictures as wallpapers. But now when I use 1280 wallpapers the
wallpapers is angular and not as soft anymore. Hope you understand what I
mean.
Anybody that know how to fix it back to the way it was, anybody that had a
similar problem?
